  1. What are your hours? My schedule changes daily as I schedule my time at the rec center based on my clients for the day. It's best to call, text, or message me so that we can schedule time to meet if you'd like to talk.

  2. Will the training be too difficult? This is a common, but unnecessary concern. My goal is to meet you where you are physically and mentally. Your training should be just difficult enough to promote positive change.

  3. Can you help me with my diet? Yes, nutrition is a large part of your well-being. Although I'm not a licensed dietician or medica professional, I can share my opinions and experiences with you to help you decide what food and drink options are best for you.
